6.2 Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
- Rescheduling is subject to astrologer availability

6.3 No-Show Policy
⚠️ Important Notice
If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice (24 hours advance), the session will be considered forfeited and no refund will be provided. This is because the astrologer has reserved that time exclusively for you.
6.4 Late Arrivals
- If you join the consultation late, the session will end at the originally scheduled time
- Example: For a 1-hour consultation starting at 10:00 AM, if you join at 10:15 AM, the session will end at 11:00 AM (not 11:15 AM)
- We recommend joining 5 minutes early to avoid any technical setup issues
7. Recording & Data Sharing Policy
- Session Recordings: Available only upon special request and at the sole discretion of Divya Vedic Astrology
- Note-Taking Recommended: We strongly advise clients to take notes during the consultation as recording access is not guaranteed
- Recording Availability: If provided, recordings are available for download for 30 days only
- Privacy: All consultation data and recordings are kept confidential and will never be shared with third parties
