• Course access duration: 2 years from date of enrollment

3. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

3.1 Age Requirement

• You must be at least 18 years of age to book consultations independently
• As per Indian laws, minors (under 18) can receive consultations only with parental/guardian consent and presence
• By booking, you confirm that you meet the age requirement or have obtained necessary parental consent

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide:

3.3 User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, or behave disrespectfully toward our astrologers or staff
• Record consultations without explicit permission
• Share consultation recordings or reports publicly without consent
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise our website security
• Use automated systems (bots) to access our services

4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Booking Process

1. Service Selection: Choose your desired consultation type and package
2. Date & Time Selection: Select available slot based on astrologer's calendar
3. Payment: Complete payment via Razorpay (secure payment gateway)
4. Confirmation: Receive booking confirmation via email and SMS
5. Birth Details: Submit accurate birth information if not already provided

4.2 Payment Requirements

• Advance Payment: All consultations must be paid in full before the scheduled session
• Payment Methods: Credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, wallets (via Razorpay)
• Pricing: Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• GST: 18% GST is applicable on all services as per Indian tax laws
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; changes do not affect already-booked consultations

4.3 Payment Security

• All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway
• We do not store your card details, CVV, or banking credentials
• Transaction data is encrypted using SSL technology
• In case of payment failure, amount will be auto-refunded to your source account within 5-7 business days

5. Consultation Policy

5.1 Scheduling and Attendance

• Punctuality: Clients must be available at the exact scheduled time
• Late Arrival: If you join late, the consultation will still end at the originally scheduled end time
• No-Show: If you fail to attend without 24-hour advance notice, the session is forfeited with no refund
• Astrologer Delay: If our astrologer is late, your full consultation time will be honored

5.2 Rescheduling

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session

• Rescheduling is subject to astrologer availability
• We will confirm the new date and time within 24 hours
• Maximum reschedules: 1 reschedule allowed per booking

5.3 Consultation Duration

• Duration varies based on selected package (typically 30 minutes to 1 hour)
• Time includes birth chart analysis, discussion, and remedy recommendations
• Complex cases may require longer analysis time (additional charges may apply if agreed upon)
• Consultation time does not include technical setup or delays from client side

5.4 Recording Policy

• By Astrologer: Consultations may be recorded for quality control and training purposes
• By Client: Clients can request recordings, which will be provided at the sole discretion of Divya Vedic Astrology
• Recording Sharing: If recordings are shared, they are for personal use only and cannot be distributed publicly
• Note-Taking Recommended: We strongly recommend taking notes during the session as recording access is not guaranteed
• Recording Availability: If provided, recordings remain accessible for 30 days via secure download link

6. Intellectual Property Rights
